Lakeside Dermatology Telemedicine Instructions


 

Lakeside Dermatology’s Telemedicine appointments may be accessed using your computer or through your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Please note that all Telemedicine appointments require you to have an active patient portal account found here. Please contact the office if you do not have a patient portal account or need help logging in.

Telemedicine Appointments via desktop or laptop

Telemedicine appointments on a computer require updated versions of Chrome (v95.0) or Firefox(v94.0). Instructions for accessing appointments with a laptop or desktop may be found here.

Telemedicine Appointments via phone or tablet

Accessing Telemedicine appointments with an iPhone, iPad, or Android device require that the PocketPatient™ app be downloaded from the appropriate app store. Instructions may be found here.
