Please note that all Telemedicine appointments require you to have an active patient portal account found here. Please contact the office if you do not have a patient portal account or need help logging in.
Telemedicine Appointments via desktop or laptop
Telemedicine appointments on a computer require updated versions of Chrome (v95.0) or Firefox(v94.0). Instructions for accessing appointments with a laptop or desktop may be found here.
Telemedicine Appointments via phone or tablet
Accessing Telemedicine appointments with an iPhone, iPad, or Android device require that the PocketPatient™ app be downloaded from the appropriate app store. Instructions may be found here.
